Jurisdictional Restrictions
Access to VLM utility features may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or for certain persons. This notice describes design intent for access gating, not a statement of active enforcement or a complete legal determination.
Restricted access categories
The following table is a working placeholder for jurisdiction categories that may require restriction or enhanced review. It is not exhaustive and may change due to sanctions, licensing, regulatory, or risk requirements.

Volum LLC intends to design access processes to support compliance with applicable sanctions and related restrictions. This can include eligibility representations, screening, blocking, geofencing, account controls, and manual review where appropriate. Controls may not identify every prohibited use or person.
Local law and licensing
A feature may be unavailable where local law restricts digital assets, related services, promotion, custody, payments, data processing, or cross-border activity, or where Volum LLC does not hold a required authorization. A jurisdiction not listed above is not a representation that access is permitted.
