ERS is the manufacturer of “Smart Energy Devices” that bring a changing paradigm to energy efficiency (savings), safety, and security to the electricity space. ERS counts as a cutting-edge technology company having new energy proprietary service techniques and hardware that employ the most current and high-level power monitoring developments and special energy tests available.
ERS’s disruptive technology will outperform its competition and set a lofty benchmark which will be difficult for competitors to reach. It will unlock new demands while making competition irrelevant.
ERS has relationships with over 10,000 facilities and numerous property management firms in the northeastern United States with a concentration in New York City via OCS Chemical Engineering, one of their shareholders. These relationships will support their entry into the power monitoring market.
ACME Financial will act as a Captive Finance company of Energy Rescue Systems Corporation (ERS), to synergistically assist ERS grow revenues across all its product lines.
ACME Financial is registered in Puerto Rico as an International Bank under the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act 273 allowing the company to take advantage of a preferential corporate income tax rate of 4%. They provide financing to businesses in the U.S. and abroad.
ACME Financial has negotiated with ERS (the manufacturer) a recourse clause in the leasing program thus reducing investors’ risk in case of customer default, with the ability to grow into a billion-asset company driven significantly by New York building owners in need of energy-saving equipment.
ACME Financial, the captive leasing company of ERS (Energy Rescues Systems), is pressing ahead with their most ambitious undertaking, that of supporting ERS in sharply cutting energy demand by financing after-market building core electrical systems. Given this potential to transform wasted direct and indirect energy expenses into new-found income and asset value, ACME created an attractive, flexible and peer to peer (P2P) funding mechanism that includes block-chain technology to achieve well established workflows through simplifying record/identity management, transaction processing, goods provenance/trace ability, etc. between all the stakeholders.
GridPower Network provides a full energy grid with both licensed and proprietary technology that interrogates and interprets data from electronic devices connected to ERS’s smart socket(s) for critical energy, safety and security decision-making information. The use of novel algorithms and radar technology will provide customers with useful information about the state-of-health of their electricity space and any connected electric or electronic device through monitoring subscriptions of ERS’s smart energy device(s). Subscription reports and/or dashboards will account for the energy draw, usage, and waste at the wall socket throughout a customer’s electrical system(s).
GridPower Network’s system integrates hardware, software and networks to: (1) interrogate the behavior of electricity to ensure clean power at the wall and help identify/notify the customer of impending electrical fire hazards and/or security breaches; and (2) help customers drive the competitive sale of electricity as the first Minority-owned, energy re-seller company in the United States.
